1. Unopened Products:
• We only accept returns on products that have not been opened and are in their original condition.
• All products are sealed with heat adhesive wrapping. This wrapping must be intact for a return to be eligible.
2. Return Window:
• You may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Non-Refundable Items
• Opened products or products with broken heat adhesive wrapping.
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago.
• Gift cards and promotional items.
How to Request a Refund

• Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is eligible.
2. Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Return Address:
• Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team along with your RMA number.
Refund Process
1. Inspection:
• Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it is unopened and in its original condition.
• If the product meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed.
2. Refund Issuance:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Exchange Policy
• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items

• Provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and packaging for our review.
2. Replacement:
